Ok, so I made this video a month or so ago to proclaim that I would no longer focus on my natural hair journey. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH! There are so many other things that are more important like my HEALTH. Its so hypocritical of me to be focusing all my time and effort on making sure my hair is healthy and that I'm utilizing the proper products for my hair, yet I'm feeding myself junk food and not exercising. So, this was the video that I made to kick off the weight loss journey.
