So after three successful days of eating both raw and vegan meals, I am convinced that I can do this. I'm not sure if I'm going to make this a permanent lifestyle change, but I'm going to make an effort to at least eat like this for a minute. On the second day, I incorporated a smoothie for lunch and even added some exercise. It was great. I went to Whole Foods and spent a fortune.....I hate shopping there sometimes because it seems like they slap "ORGANIC" on stuff and raise their prices just for the sake of doing so. Everything that says organic isn't really organic.
Organic = Expensive
