Okay....small update on operation fix that fat. Got on the scale randomly and I now weigh 184.2. I think the recent shed of weight may be due to a lack of appetite for the past couple of days and that may be due to do the meds from my tooth extractions. I've also changed my sleeping patterns, so I'm up all day and sleep all night. So...let's calculate! I started at 190lbs, made the "ENOUGH" video at 188lbs, and I'm now 184.2lbs. Great progress. Tomorrow I will be going to the doctors office and getting a full physical. I will also be asking for a weight loss medication in hopes of getting the weight off faster for the military : )
